• Goodwill/Easter Seals is a waiver certified provider of supported employment services and transportation to persons with developmental disabilities.  Supported Employment may take a variety of forms including assessment, enclaves, placement services, and job coaching. • In-Home Personal-Homemaker Care
• Goodwill/Easter Seals provides personal/homemaker care to adults developmental disabilities within their homes.  This service is certified through the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and is waiver funded.  Contact:  Steve Barnes, Ext 309
• C.A.R.E. (Choices for Adult Recreation and Enrichment)
• CARE is a day habilitation program serving adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.  It provides a small group environment in which staff provide intensive and individualized attention, training and care.  Facility based activities are combined with daily outings in the community to provide and enriched daily experience.  Contact:  Steve Barnes, Ext 309
